Mode

Definition: The mode of a data set is the value that occurs most often.

Examples:

Given the data set: 4, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 12. The value 8 occurs three times, which is more than the other values. Thus 8 is the mode.
